Over the last 15 years, Kwesi has come to believe strongly that the difference between the West and most poor countries boils down to opportunities. In his interactions with Ghanaians living outside of Ghana, it has become amply clear that given the same opportunities that exist in advance countries, the Ghanaian is capable of any feat. This has been the guiding principle, which drives Kwesi’s effort in creating opportunities for young people across the country. Kwesi holds a Master of International Business degree from University of Wollongong and has been has been working for a Dubai based bank for the last 13 years. In addition to his work as a banker, he is also a pastor at an Evangelical church in Dubai. Kwesi believes that the Christian faith must find its full expression in our daily living. As an avid motivator, he is constantly looking for the next young person to inspire. He is currently working with a few young entrepreneurs to develop viable business strategies and providing them on-going coaching and consultancy support.
